Porters’ trail from Barranco to Barafu closed

The old porters’ trail from Barranco to Barafu has finally closed due to a dangerous
rockfall. It was seldom being used these days as it was always a fairly dangerous
trail that was particularly susceptible to falling rocks and other debris. Those
