Climb Mount Kilimanjaro trekking dates 2008/9/10 (to date)

The following table shows our climbing schedule for 2008 and the first part of 2009 along with the availability of each of the climbs. When you have found a trek that suits you, simply send us an email to let us know how many places you wish to book and on what trip and we’ll write back to confirm your place on that trek.

Please note that if you can’t find a date that suits you in the following table, where possible we will add additional dates to meet demand. The earlier you book, the better chance you have that we will be able to fulfil your wishes.

A night in the Crater?

None of the treks listed below include a night in the Crater Camp. However, we are more than willing to arrange this; the cost is an extra £150 (approx US$285). Please note that camping in the Crater is usually done after you have summited.

How to book

Simply choose the trek you wish to join, then send us an email. Tell us, too, whether you want a night in the Crater Camp. We will then send you a booking form, and ask you to pay a deposit of £150 per person.And that’s it - it’s as simple as that!

* Dates: first set of dates includes accommodation before and after the trek; second set of dates (‘trekking dates’) is the time spent actually on the mountain

 

** Dollar prices are approximate only and based on exchange rate of of 19 June 2008 of £1=1.96. Actual price will vary according to exchange rate on the day the invoice is prepared.

 

NOTE:

1) Rates are subject to TANAPA Park Fee increases without significant prior notice.

2) These rates refer to a fully inclusive package with two nights accommodation on a B&B basis.

3) Other treks and dates are available - please email us to ask about alternative dates and treks.

Please note that the prices of the following treks (and for those in 2010) may change as park fees, petrol prices etc change. Clients who book on these treks will be offered their deposit back should the price rise by more than£50.
