National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) Kilimanjaro climb

Date: Frequently throughout the year

The National Deaf Children’s Society is the only UK charity solely dedicated to the support of all deaf children and young deaf people, their families and professionals working with them. Their work includes:

* Offering clear, balanced information and support to families of deaf children
* Advocating for deaf children, young people and their families
* Providing opportunities for young deaf people to develop social skills, confidence and independence
* Working with professionals and policy makers to ensure high quality services are available for all
* Campaigning and lobbying on behalf of deaf children, young people and their families
